No, there is no need to call the fire department, but if you have been here in Tel Aviv the last few weeks, you probably have felt that hell came down to visit. This Friday noon I hang out with a friend in Neve Tzedek. I’m used to the fact that in summer there is less traffic  (Israeli’s do travel), but both me and my friend were a little surprised to see only a small amount of people in the streets, many of them being French tourists.
