French investments in apartments in Allenby Street
A group of French investors purchased last week 13 apartments in the Beit Moyal project on Allenby Street 138-140 for NIS 20 million (about $5.3 million). After their greetings the inauguration of the Tel Aviv’s Centennial Stamps will take place. Beth Levine, on Rothschild Boulevard no. 46 was designed in 1924 by the architect and Tel Aviv’s first City Engineer: Judah Magidovitch. Conference launches Centennial celebrations
Today, April 1st 2009 , a two days conference on ‘urban sustainability’ started at a crowded ‘Tapac Center’ in Tel Aviv, with architects, urban-planners, students, press-corps from Israel and abroad (including 8 mayors and 3 deputy mayors from e.g. Toulouse, Budapest, Bonn and Vienna). Tel Aviv mayor Ron Huldai said in his adress: “…In the land of the prophets, a vision is not a pipe dream but a plan for action.
