On the rooftop of the Levine House

Last evening, at 19.30, there was a small VIP ceremony for the opening of the White Night Celebrations on the roof of the just (for the 2nd time) restored Beth Levine (The Levine House) at Rothschild Boulevard no.46. Among the guests the Deputy Mayor of Paris, Christophe Girard. It was Girard who started in 2003 (then Deputy of Culture of the Municipality of Paris) with the first White Night in Europe. ‘Chamber music‘ and lots of glasses of French wine and champagne made this rooftop party a wondeful event. Tonight at Beth Levine

Tonight, at 19:30 there will be the official festive ceremony (invitation only) for the opening of the White Night Celebrations, with greetings by mayor  Ron Huldai and the Deputy Mayor of Paris, Mr. Christophe Girard. After their greetings the inauguration of the Tel Aviv’s Centennial Stamps will take place. Beth Levine, on Rothschild Boulevard no. 46 was designed in 1924 by the architect and Tel Aviv’s first City Engineer: Judah Magidovitch. HOT NEWS: I just watched, a few minutes ago on Channel 22 (17:45 – 18:30) mayor Ron Huldai in ‘Meet the Press’.
