It is the first time presented in Israel. The first time was in 1988, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cologne" rel="nofollow">Cologne</a>, Germany. It was a 100m wall with large images of christian, jewish and handicapped children's faces. In the second night after the opening in Cologne, unknown people cut all the throats of the children on the pictures. This is presented in Israel as a memorial.
