Kirot, a look at contemporary Tel Aviv
Last week the screenings started in cinema’s all over Israel of film-director Danny Lerner‘s new feature: Kirot (‘Walls’). His latest film is a look at a violent, contemporary Tel Aviv, starring Ninette Tayeb (the first winner of the Israeli ‘American Idol’) and Olga Kurylenk (the latest ‘Bond girl’ in ‘Quantam of Solace’.)
Hannah Brown wrote in “The Jerusalem Post” of Friday, December 18th about Danny Lerner:
“…there is no question that Lerner is one of the most talented, interesting and ambitous directors working in Israel today.”
