Munich mounts Tel Aviv Centennial show
A new exhibition honoring Tel Aviv’s Centennial celebrations opened at the famous House of Architecture in Munich, Germany.
The exhibition curator is Arieh Berkowitz and features his and artist Sergio Lerman‘s works. It will run until December 11th, 2009.
The showing express a longing for the city of Tel Aviv old, romantic architecture, typical of the 1920s and 1930s.
Sergio Lerman ‘s beautiful drawings of historic architectural buildings you will find also in a most interesting book called Born with Love (2004) with color drawings of the conservation of historical buildings of Ramat Gan, a suburb of Tel Aviv.
