For years and years, the 3rd ‘kiosk’ of Tel Aviv, on the corner of Rothschild Boulevard and Allenby Street was in a ‘shabby’ state. Just a few days ago, I saw to my suprise, that they started the restore this historic structure. It is never to late! ;-)
