White Night at ShenArt
In the charming gallery ShenArt (Frishman 21) Nadia and Stephane had their first White Night. Two month ago they opened the place, arriving from a small, lovely (channeled) town in the Netherlands (Holland), called Haarlem. Nadia makes small exotic sculptures and Stephane is working with vinyl art, putting (for the first time) his art-work on canvases.
The lovely couple decided that they would be different from all the art galleries in-and- around Gordon Street. They will have an ‘open‘ gallery, inviting the people to come in, have a chat about art, enjoy a cold beer and they hope to get new ideas (or suggestions) about a new topic for their own artwork. The slogan in ShenArt is: interaction!! The place has to be for everybody who is intested in art: so they think about an afternoon with poetry-reading, or jazz/classical music, or a movie-director, who will tell about his work.
I am for 100% sure, with their enthusiastic minds, ShenArt will be a place we will hear a lot about within the art world of Tel Aviv!!
