West Side Story : the movie

Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim‘s West Side Story is going to play in Tel Aviv in September as a part of the popular musical’s 50th anniversary world tour. The visiting American company will be on the Israel Opera Stage. It is directed by Joey McNeely and conducted by Donald Chan.
The movie West Side Story by Jerome Robbins and Robert Wise was the winner of 10 Academy Awards (Oscars) in 1961.
