A very interesting article by Noam Dvir, I found in Ha’aretz, May 19th: “Tel Aviv’s forgotten Palace” about the famous Levant Fair. The biggest building on the fair ground was The Produce of Land Palace, designed in 1934 by the Bauhaus architect Richard Kaufmann.
Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim‘s West Side Story is going to play in Tel Aviv in September as a part of the popular musical’s 50th anniversary world tour.
