Shield of Solomon
As we told you, Tel-Aviv has many faces… Around the ‘old’ bus-station, you will find many foreign workers, some are refugies from Dafur, Sudan.
Film director Igal Hecht (Chutzpa Productions) made a moving 52 minutes documentary called ‘Shield of Solomon’. It tells you about the thousands of man, woman and children from Dafur who have been killed, in what’s decribed as the first genocide of the 21st century. This new documentary by Igal Hecht (it was screened two weeks ago at the Cape Winelands Film Festival in Cape-Town, South Africa) brings the story of four refugees from Dafur , who have found sanctuary in Israel.
The photography is done by Lior Cohen.
